You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to initiate a return.
Eligible and Non-Refundable Items

Jewelry is the only type of product eligible for a return and refund.

All rough/raw stones/specimens and polished stones/specimens are considered final sale and are considered non-refundable.
Return Condition

To be eligible for a return, the jewelry item must be in the exact condition in which it was received, with all original packaging and any/all tags attached.
Return Shipping & Fees

We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for your convenience.

The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount.

A 15% restocking fee will also be deducted from your final refund amount. This fee helps cover the costs of inspecting, cleaning, and preparing returned items for resale.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please log in to your member account and go to your "My Orders" page. From there, you will be able to select the item you wish to return and follow the provided instructions. If you have any difficulties, please reach out to info@thedetailculture.com with your name and order number.
Refusal of Returns & Fraudulent Claims
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions. In the event of a fraudulent return or a claim that is found to be false or misleading, we reserve the right to deny the refund, dispose of the returned item, and take further action as deemed appropriate.
