Behind Detail Culture
We’re Ali and Travis, partners in life and craft. Our story began in the summer of 2023, when we fell in love with each other, and later, with the beauty of shaping stone and metal by hand.
Travis’s vision for Detail Culture was originally inspired by his background in vehicle detailing and deep fascination with mycology. This quickly grew into something deeper: we knew it wasn’t the shine of chrome or the smell of suds that called to us, but the quiet details of NATURE—its textures, patterns, and hidden artistry.

​What started as an experiment in blending precision with nature soon grew into a passion for lapidary craftsmanship and unique, wearable art.

Travis built the in-home studio where we cut and polish specimens, cabochons, and faceted gemstones; shape and solder metals, and bring our visions to life.
